Sergio Vallín 1955 Les Paul Goldtop Gibson Custom Shop
You can’t think of mega-group Maná without thinking of Sergio Vallín, the talented lead guitarist, but did you know that he beat out 80 of the best players from three different countries to land the coveted spot? With over 40 million records sold worldwide, Maná isn’t just one of the most successful Latin-American bands; they stand toe-to-toe with Queen, Reba McEntire, and Eric Clapton as one of the best-selling acts of all time.
Hailing from Aguascalientes, Mexico, Sergio started his musical journey in his family’s band. Over his career, Sergio has earned multiple Grammys, produced and collaborated with industry heavyweights, and released two successful solo albums. In addition to all of this, Sergio is a humanitarian that believes in investing in his community, founding MANOS Guitarra y Arte school of music in 2018. Gibson Custom Shop is honored to partner with Sergio to announce the Sergio Vallín 1955 Les Paul Goldtop.
