I let out a huge, Ric Flair-worthy "WOOOOOOOOO!" when I strummed my first chord on this fearsome Fessler. Apologies to my neighbors, but I couldn't help myself. Greg Fessler's guitars always have outstanding resonance, and this one rang out beautifully. It has that warm, throaty midrange that was the cornerstone of Hendrix's sound, but it also produces deep, clear low-end and sweet, chiming trebles. The bridge position is capable of screaming or jangling with the best of them, the middle pickup is full and balanced, and the neck pickup is smooth and robust. Anyone looking for a Strat sure to make them shout will love this Fessler-built Wildwood 10!
